Gilles Schammel to contest Ypres in PH Sport Peugeot 207 S2OOO

Gilles Schammel is to contest the Belgium Ypres Westhoek Rally in a PH Sport prepared Peugeot 207 S2000, according to autonews-magazine.com.

Schammel will use the same car that Conrad Rutenbach campaigned on the recent Sata Rallye Acores for the IRC encounter. The only experience Schammel has had with a Super 2000 car was during a brief test with a VW Polo last year.

Brice Tirabassi and Gilles Schammel testing for forthcoming Ypres Rally 2008 in Belgium

Tirabassi (207 S2000) and Schammel (Clio R3) have both been testing recently for the upcoming Ypres Westhoek Rally 2008 in Belgium. Tirabassi will be one of the favourites for outright victory, but so are many others in this the third round ot the IRC.
