Skoda waits for world championship rule changes before deciding on future of the Fabia

Skoda will decide on the future of the Fabia S2000 rally project within the next two months, according to Motorsport News.

Paolo Andreucci has been offered a drive by Skoda Italy in the Fabia Super 2000 for the 2009 (CIR) Italian rally championship

Paolo Andreucci has been linked to a seat in a Skoda Fabia S2000 for the 2009 Italian rally championship, according to Italian television station Noi TV.

Martin Prokop is being linked to a Skoda Fabia S2000 for the PWRC 2009
According to Czech sources, Martin Prokop is believed to be going to campaign a Fabia Super 2000 in next year’s PCWRC. Prokop has admitted that he wants to drive an S2000 car in the 2009 PWRC and it appears his choice will be the Skoda.
