Gwyndaf Evans, driving a brand new 2.0 Escort Mk2 BDG from Viking Motorsport (Phil Mills company), won the 2009 Severn Valley Historic Rally, which was round 3 of the Dunlop/Gambia MSA British Historic Rally Championship.

Darren Moon and Chris Parsons were the big winners on round two of the 2009 Dunlop/Gambia MSA British Historic Rally Championship, the Pirelli Historic Rally (17/18 April).
