Circuit of Ireland Rally 2009 Final Results: Eugene Donnelly wins the Circuit in Skoda Fabia WRC

Eugene Donnelly won the Circuit of Ireland Rally in his giant killing Skoda Fabia WRC after dominating the event on day 1, then a controlled drive today. Donnelly previously won The Circuit in 2006 when he was driving the Toyota Corolla WRC.
