Dani Sordo wins Bettega Memorial Rallysprint 2008 at the Bologna Motor Show

Dani Sordo, driving the Citroen C4 WRC, became the first Spaniard to win the Bettega Memorial Rallysprint today. Carlos Sainz could only achieve second on the event back in 1987.

Kris Meeke and Dani Sordo star on first day of the Bettega Memorial Rallysprint

Kris Meeke and Dani Sordo were the stars of yesterday’s qualifying heats at the Bologna Motor Show Bettega Memorial Rallysprint.
Meeke, driving the Errepi Racing Citroen Xsara WRC, beat two former world rally champions Marcus Gronholm and Petter Solberg on the way to topping his group with maximum points for today’s finals.

Kris Meeke was recommended by Citroen Sport for the Xsara drive on the Bettega Memorial

Kris Meeke was recommended by Citroen Sport for the drive in the Citroen Xsara WRC on the Bettega Memorial Rallysprint, as reported by the Belfast Telegraph.
Meeke will be using Felice Re’s Scuderia Errepi Racing S.r.l. prepared Xsara in the event, which takes place on the 13-14th December at the Bologna Motor Show.
