ADAC-3-Städte-Rallye (Three Cities Rally) 2008 Results: Werner wins in his Porsche 911 GT3 as Higgins is fourth in the MG S2000

Mark Higgins finished a creditable 4th overall in his MG S2000 on the rather historic 3-Städte-Rallye in Germany.
He had been in a battle with Hermann Gassner Sr, who was in an Evo X, for much of the rally but Gassner got back ahead of him to claim third. Ieuan Thomas was co-driving for Higgins on the event.

Mark Higgins on the limit in the MG S2000 video clip during the Plains Rally

Mark Higgins scored a tremendous second place overall today on the Plains Rally against some stiff world rally car opposition.
Marcus Dodd won the event in his Hyundai WRC but was only 12secs ahead of Higgins in the BGM MG Super 2000. Geoff Jones brought his Focus WRC home third ahead of Hugh Hunter in another Focus and Shaun Gardner finished fifth in his Evo 5.

Mark Higgins was forced to cancel plans to enter Rallye Principe de Asturias in the MG S2000 due to budget constraints

Mark Higgins was forced to cancel an appearance on the Principe due to budget restictions but he hopes to possibly contest the IRC Rallye du Valais in his BGM MG S2000. He was scheduled to use the same Bill Gwynne Motorsport MG that he used in Ypres on the Rally Principe, wrote Motorsport News.
