Newly crowned Irish national champion Patrick Elliott is no.1 seed for the Donegal Harvest Rally 2008 which is based in Ardara this year. Kevin Lynch is a surprise entry at no.3 in his Subaru S12b and he has recently been testing new XCG suspension which he told rallynews.net makes the car much more stable over the bumps and less bouncey than it was on the Ulster.
