Neste Oil Rally Finland 2008 is this week so time for a look back at some classic 1000 Lakes Rally footage
With the WRC fight resuming this week for a battle between Loeb, Hirvonen and Latvala let’s take a look back at some classic 1000 Lakes footage. When men were men (as certain FIA WRCC members would say) and the event was commonly known as the “Finnish Grand Prix”.

Neste Oil Rally Finland 2008 has 109 entries, a record so far this season in the WRC
This year’s entry is set to be one of the best of the season with 109 entries. As well as being a round of the WRC, Finland will also host the PWRC and JWRC. All the manufacturer teams have entered and there is a total of twenty two World Rally Cars.
