
Two fastest stage times in a row have now moved Peugeot UK driver Kris Meeke into the lead of Rallye Sanremo after SS6.
Meeke leads the rally by 11.4 seconds from the Abarth Grande Punto S2000 of Luca Rossetti with only three stages left to run. The Northern Irishman was 8.3 seconds quicker than Renato Travaglia's 207 on the 29km stage.
Andreucci now slips to 3rd with Kronos drivers Vouilloz and Loix in 4th and 5th respectively.
Meanwhile, Francois Duval is in a lowly 8th place with the factory Abarth Punto S2000.

Why is Duval so slow ?
Ritme in IRC is to high ?
Has he got problems ?

I imagine Duval’s slow pace was possibly due to a lack of match practice and also issues with car at times throughout the rally.
