Sordo leads Rally Jordan 2008 after Day 1 as Loeb bides his time

Dani Sordo leads the rally by a slender 1.1s from Loeb with Latvala a further 8s behind. Suzuki had a horrid time with both cars retiring early and Garde out for good as engine wont be repaired for SupeRally. Solberg will SupeRally his S12b tomorrow as suffered a broken damper on SS6. Galli also will return under SupeRally retiring on SS6 with a damaged intercooler.
