Kristian Sohlberg will drive a Tommi Mäkinen Racing Subaru N14 in the 2009 Finnish rally championship

Kristian Sohlberg has confirmed on his website through a press relese that he will drive a Group N Subaru for Tommi Mäkinen Racing in the 2009 Finnish rally championship and on a few selected WRC events as well. 

Sohlberg says he is satisfied that an agreement has been reached with Tommi Mäkinen Racing (TMR):

I always try to work with professional organizations and TMR's equipment and services in my view, represent the highest possible level. With their own objectives, it is clear that the TMR's extensive operational and networking throughout the world are of paramount importance. 

Kristian Sohlberg believes he will also be able to make an important contribution to the car's testing and development, he already has much experience of driving for works teams in the past:

There is a challenging and exciting year rally, with the aims of contesting the Finnish championship and selected international events, which are both in TMR's agreement and gives the best template to work from, Sohlberg decide. 

 TMR's CEO Esko Reiners was pleased with the new Subaru driver-contract:

Our team seeks to expand and develop. Sohlberg is an experienced and fast driver, so he is a wonderful addition to our strong-Subaru rally team.
