Armin Schwarz withdraws bid from the FIA tender for the role of WRC global promoter

Armin Schwarz and his partner, the Swiss consultancy firm ValueAdd group, have decided to pull out of the FIA tendering process for the WRC global promoter role, a position which is expected to commence in 2011.
Schwarz commented to rallye-magazin.de:
In this version, no one will sign the paper, not even North One.
We have made a request to the FIA regarding some points, but they will only accept concrete offers. Time will tell. If no one signs it then the FIA will have to publish a new tender."
According to the FIA there are still two candidates interested in the position of global promoter - Eurosport Events and ISC.
