According to sources within Prodrive it appears that Stephane Sarrazin is not only planning a return to rallying in the IRC in Monte Carlo (in a Peugeot Sport 207), but is also hoping to be Subaru's Duval - that is replace either Petter or more likely Atkinson on asphalt events to score manufacturer points.
However, what is more likely, is that he will be part of Subaru's B team (not Adapta, but just a third car) on selected events, sharing the drive with Brice Tirabassi.
Meanwhile, In an article on German website rallye-magazin.de, Subaru boss Dave Richards has stated his intention to sue damper firm BOS for substantial damages. The damages being sought relate to the quality of product BOS provided Prodrive with over the last couple of seasons.
Subaru are now in contract with Ohlins from 2009 onwards. They have already begun testing and developing the new damper technology.
