Videos of Luca Rossetti and Giandomenico Basso testing south of France for Abarth in the Grande Punto S2000 ahead of Rallye Monte Carlo
Abarth were testing in the Ardeche region of France on Friday with new signing Luca Rossetti and regular Fiat pilot Giandomenico Basso, prior to the IRC Rallye Monte Carlo.
ERC and Italian champ Rossetti was announced in the Abarth squad on at a press conference on Thursday. He will mainly focus on the CIR but will also contest selected IRC rounds (possibly 5 in total) for the team starting in Monte Carlo.

Abarth will field a new Fiat Grande Punto Super 2000, which they used at the test, for the 2009 season featuring some major revisions of the old car with a new Xtrac gearbox, new rear axle, new suspension arms, new steering and exhaust system.
Meanwhile, it appears the Peugeot-Sport Italy Racing Lions team have found a replacement for Luca Rossetti, to drive their 207 S2000, in Paolo Andreucci.
