Rally of the Lakes 2008 entry released, no Higgins or Meeke but Lynch is there

The rallyofthelakes entry has been released and there is 18 WRC's on it. Kevin Lynch is seeded at 8 while McGarrity is back out at no. 4. Donie O' Sullivan must be one of the favourites at 5. Both MacHale's are entered along with Boland and McNulty. Higgins is apparently doing stunt driver duties in the latest James Bond film in Italy, so isn't on entry due to lack of sponsorship as first thought.
