Pictures, courtesy of IRC Series, from the inaugural RACMSA Rally of Scotland, an event which brought the 2009 Intercontinental Rally Challenge season to a close.
Winner on the stages, Kris Meeke, was full of praise for the organisers' use of the Loch Ard stage - a test which he described as the best in the world.
"This is the best stage I've ever driven," said Meeke. "Of all the stages in Finland and all over the world that I have driven, nothing compares with this. All the crests in there, everything, it was just amazing. When you are enjoying yourself like that, you're not always thinking so much about the time - but that was good as well: we took eight seconds out of Guy as well."
