Rally Ireland 2009 photos by Willy Weyens capturing this unique start to the 2009 WRC which saw Sebastien Loeb record his 48th career victory.

The rally once again proved a success in the face of many uncertainties in the current WRC. John Naylor and his team did a sterling  job and the FIA seemed to be once again very impressed by the whole show. Let's hope the organisers get their wish to run the event for a September date in the future and that ISC recognise the value Rally Ireland brings to the WRC calendar.
