Speaking about his multiple roll on the El Cubliete stage (SS7) of Rally Mexico, Kimi Raikkonen said to Motorsport News: "I was very unlucky: the car just slid wide at the end of the stage in a slippery braking area, so we clipped the side of the road and rolled.
"I had hoped for good things from this rally, but it was only my seventh event and I am still learning. It's normal that when you are learning anything you can get caught out by something unexpected, and that's what happened. My biggest disappointment is that we were not able to continue [under SupeRally]. I wanted time in the car.
"I'm sure we will comeback stronger at our next event and although it was disappointing I'm really enjoying my rally adventure," added the Finnish superstar.
