On the second day of the Belgium Ypres Rally, Peugeot UK driver Kris Meeke has won the opening stage to close to within two seconds of Peugeot Belgium´s Freddy Loix.
Conditions are overcast but dry for day two of the event, which sees the competitors take in a total of 10 special stages. There is a big battle for fourth place, with Juho Hanninen closing to within a second of Giandomenico Basso.
