According to Czech sources, Martin Prokop is believed to be going to campaign a Fabia Super 2000 in next year's PCWRC. Prokop has admitted that he wants to drive an S2000 car in the 2009 PWRC and it appears his choice will be the Skoda.
So far Prokop has had a very poor season in both the JWRC and PWRC,the only highlight being his recent JWRC win in Finland. Prokop, though, has been very critical of Citroen's input with his JWRC programme. He believes all the support and assistance is going to his rival Ogier and he is receiving practically none.
Prokop retired today from Rallye Deutschland with a broken alternator and was comfortably leading the junior's before the problem. After his retirement Prokop appeared pretty fed up and stated he wouldn't be back for SupeRally in the Jipocar run C2 S1600. Though he was obviously fed up when he made these comments and he might be out tomorrow to salvage a JWRC point or two.
Prokop could be in this next year
