Sebastien Loeb has been testing this week in Finland with Citroen and has been talking about his chances on Rally Finland this year.

Loeb feels it will be difficult to win, even without Gronholm, as was beaten into third place last year by Mikko Hirvonen. He also hopes that Ford will not be playing tactics on this rally like in Turkey but he still concedes that the rally will not be easy for him.

According to eyewitnesses Loeb was fast but complained that a section was too narrow and appeared to have a few close shaves so Citroen altered the test stage in the middle of the day. Citroen apparently barred spectators from the service area during testing to prevent people taking photos of the car's mechanical bits.

HERRA JA HIDALGO. Loeb on jättänyt viime vuosina vain rippeet muiden kuljettajien jaettavaksi.

The other Citroen crews will be competing on several rallies in the next while for preparation for Finland. Aava and Rautenbach will contest the South Estonian Rally on the 18-19 July while Sordo will once again compete on the O.K. Car-ralli in Finland on the 11-12 July. Aava will also have an additional two days testing for Finland as thanks from Citroen Sport for his performances this season.
