The Total Citroen Sport WRT have been testing in France with Sebastien Loeb ahead of Wales Rally GB.
The test with Loeb took place on the 18 and 19th of November, at the same location where M-Sport Ford completed their pre-Rally Japan test, and started the day after Loeb had his F1 test in Barcelona where he was a sensational 8th quickest in the Red Bull RB4. Loeb, though, has ruled out a switch to F1 stating that at 34 he is too old compared to the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.
Loeb is eager to add Wales Rally GB to his CV as he considers this event to be one of the classics which he has not won. He is of course the most successful WRC driver ever with the most event wins a run of 5 consecutive world drivers' titles.
Citroen Sport spent a total of three days testing for GB with Loeb and Sordo spending 1.5 days each at the session. Sebastien Ogier was on hand and had a ride with Loeb ahead of his test next week.
