Fisher Engineering Lakeland Stages Rally 2008 Entry List: Niall McShea entered in a Toyota Corolla S2000

An impressive entry has been lined up for the Lakeland Stages Rally which takes place next week on Saturday 13th September. The rally will be round 7 of the Pacenotes Northern Ireland Rally Championship which is currently being led by Connor McCloskey.
McCloskey will be using Paddy White's RHD Ford Focus 05 (pictured below) run by McKinstry Motorsport. He will use the car on this weekend's Merrick Rally to reacclimatise himself with a Ford Focus as he began his NIRC campaign in one at the start of the year. Richard Cathcart is entered in a Kenny McKinstry Subaru Impreza S9 for another taste of WRC machinery and should be considered for an outright victory.

Niall McShea, who regularly contests his home event, is the most intriguing entry as is entered in a Toyota Corolla S2000 owned by Gary Emmett. The car competes in the Middle East Rally Championship and is usually driven by Ahmed Al-Sabban. Glenn Allen should be a threat judging by his recent NIRC performances and he wants to close the championship gap to McCloskey, while Sean Devine returns for his first outing since the big accident on the Dogleap.
