Deividas Jocius will now use his Mitsubishi Evo IX on Wales Rally GB

Deividas Jocius has decided to run his Mitsubishi Evo 9 that he was originally entered in for Wales Rally GB this weekend.

Jocius had considered switching to his Citroen Xsara WRC that he owns, but he has now decided to wait until the 2009 WRC before he enters the car on a world championship event. He plans for a limited WRC programme next year in the ex-Kronos Xsara world rally car.

The Lithuanian driver is seeded at number 88 for Wales Rally GB and the Evo 9 he will use is pictured above.

Meanwhile, in other Rally GB news and both Urmo Aava and Martin Rauam have withdrawn their entries citing the current economic downturn as the deciding factor. They are working instead on their budgets for next year.
