The IRC round to be held in China has been put back until December and will run on the same date as Wales Rally GB on the 5-7th. The event was scheduled to take place at the beginning of November.

The China Rally will also have a new base in the city of Shaowu after moving from it's original location of Longyou. Shaowa boasts a better infrastructure for the rally. China was an IRC round last year but suffered from a lack of team entries, the event was won by David Higgins.
