Adrian Hetherington and Gary Nolan Incar on SS3 of the 2009 Larsen Circuit of Ireland Rally.
Hetherington, driving his distinctive "Kermit the Frog" lime green coloured tarmac-spec Ford Escort Mk2, had being lying third overall in the National B category of the rally when he crashed out, into a ditch, on SS12.
