Guy Wilks is believed to be one of the drivers on the Adapta World Rally Team shortlist

According to Motorsport News Guy Wilks is likely to be one of the candidates in the frame for the second Adapta seat.

It is believed that Adapta are in negotiations with at least six drivers. Morten Ostberg admitted that he was a big fan of Wilks but declined to confirm if he was in negotiations with him.

Morten Ostberg said to MN about Guy Wilks:

I cannot say he is one of the drivers we are talking to but he is the kind of driver that would fit into the team. His experience would also help Mads."

Ostberg did confirm the team had been in negotiations with Anders Grondal but nothing had been decided yet and the team dosen't necessarily have to consist of two Norwegian drivers.

It was also stated by Ostberg that the second driver isn't required to bring a full budget with them. So far the Wilks500 Club has raised £500,000 and is a quater of the way towards the target.
