Gigi Galli reckons he can get a very good result on Rally New Zealand

Posted by Scott Coursey 8 July, 2008

Speaking to Crash.net radio Stobart Ford driver Gigi Galli stated that he could get a very good result in New Zealand this year. Galli reckons he is good for a second place or even possibly a win in NZ as says he has a very good feeling with the car, particularly on the gravel events. Though he did concede that there will a other good drivers in with the chance of a good result in NZ.

He thinks he will struggle on the tarmac as dosen't suit his driving style but will make up for it on the gravel rallies. He also commented that Stobart's goal this season is to secure third spot in the manufacturers' championship and to score some podium positions on events. Asked what he had been doing during the summer break, Galli replied, "making a fantastic English garden."

Galli scored a great third place in Sweden, can he go better in NZ?
