Codemasters Colin McRae DiRT 2 Preview Screenshots video clips

Below are some screenshot video clips of the new Colin McRae DiRT 2 computer game. Codemasters will release Colin McRae DiRT 2 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PC, Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP, simultaneously when the game is  expected to be released by the end of 2009.

DiRT2 will feature real-world environments and officially licensed rally cars and off-road vehicles. The fan favourite Subaru Impreza STi WRX N14 will be the first car gamers drive in the sequel. Codemasters state that DiRT2 will have online racing functionality and social features, though the company hasn't specified what those are quite yet.

Codemasters senior executive producer Gavin Raeburn explained that the game will be a tribute to Colin McRae:

Colin McRae was all about the speed, the excitement, and the entertainment of rally driving. He could do things with a car that no one else would and that's where we're taking the series. It will be a great tribute to an incredible champion."
