Video featuring Bertie Fisher driving the GM Dealersport Opel Ascona 400 on the 1983 Rothmans Circuit of Ireland Rally.
This would be one of Bertie's greatest drives as he took the Sydney Meeke built Ascona to second place overall against world class opposition on the Easter classic.
1983 would be the last year that the Circuit of Ireland went to Killarney during its then five day route.
