The Barum rally has attracted 22 Super 2000 cars a record so far for any event. The IRC and ERC qualifier should also witness the Fabia Super 2000 debut as course car. There are  15 207 S2000's, 6 Punto S2000's and 1 Polo S2000 included in the entry and all the championship regulars will be there. Nicolas Vouilloz will look to protect his slender IRC points lead over Rossetti after Vouilloz won a nailbiting Madeira Rally to record the closest IRC victory to date. Pavel Valousek will be in the prize drive BF Goodrich Kronos Peugeot 207 S2000.
